We engage with a number of logistics partners to ensure that we deliver your order at the earliest. Once an order is placed it takes up to 3 days to ship your order and takes 5-10 days to deliver your order at your doorstep depending on your geographical location and reach of our logistics partner.

 

In case our delivery partners are unable to reach the provided address or find you at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.If the package is returned to us despite multiple delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment at an additional shipping cost.

 

In case of multiple products, dispatch of all products may or may not happen at the same time.

 

We work closely with our logistics partners to ensure your order delivery is on scheduled time. However, we are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the logistics partner. We will support you to track the order and you can contact us on info@sunakkha.com for the same.

We do not charge any shipping cost for orders above a minimum order value. For orders below the minimum order value we may charge a nominal shipping fee which will be notified to you at the time of placing the order.
