Cancellation
We take immense pride and a lot of effort to ensure that each order is made, packed and delivered to provide you a superior experience and therefore orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
Return and Refund
We accept return request only in case of the following
- Damaged Product : Adequate proof should be furnished by the buyer within 2 days of receiving the order
- Wrong/Missing Product : Adequate proof should be furnished in case of wrong product delivery.
- Expired product : Most of our products have 24 months expiry, but in case you have received an expired product you will have to share proof of the same and send it to us
We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error from our side once proofs have been furnished and the same has been verified by our team.
Product will not be returned in case of the following
- Seal is broken, product is used/opened, product is tampered
- Original packing is tampered/missing
- Return request is received beyond 2 calendar days
